Hi – and welcome to my site! Music for life is my slogan.

I play clarinet, and I have done so all my life. Music has brought me to many parts of the world. Maybe you can hear that in my playing, too. A little bit of blues, a little bit of chorino, a little bit of klezmer – and a whole lot of jazz andmusic from the valleys and moutains of my home country Norway.

 

I recently released my sixth solo album, «Kyrkja», featuring guitarist Oddrun Lilja and Ellen Brekken on bass. It is available on all streaming platforms, including Spotify, iTunes, YouTube and Tidal. Here you’ll also find my previous recordings.

On this site you can find out more about me, my music and projects. I will keep you posted on upcoming concerts and new projects. I regularily post freshly made music just for you, and you can even download sheet music for my most popular compositions.
